The first film, simply titled <a href=\"http:\/\/iii.library.unt.edu\/record=b2573461~S6\" target=\"_blank\">Alien<\/a>, is an atmospheric smoldering film directed by Ridley Scott. Although I&#8217;m sure Bilbo Baggins, aka Ian Holm, begs to differ.\r\n\r\n<div style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/andreirublev.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/06\/930alienbluray1x.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"278\" class \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">&#8220;Has anybody seen Sam Lowry? &#8220;<\/p><\/div>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/iii.library.unt.edu\/record=b2633657~S6\" target=\"_blank\">Aliens<\/a>, the second film, does what the title suggests. You get James Cameron deploying a whole mess of xenomorphs and a lot of bullets with Bill Paxton doing Bill Paxton.  \r\n\r\n<div style=\"width: 330px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/stream1.gifsoup.com\/view6\/3815070\/bill-paxton-freaks-out-o.gif\" width=\"320\" height=\"174\" class \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Don&#8217;t try this at home<\/p><\/div>\r\n\r\nThe next two, <a href=\"http:\/\/iii.library.unt.edu\/record=b2633658~S6\" target=\"_blank\">Alien 3<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/iii.library.unt.edu\/record=b2633659~S6\" target=\"_blank\">Alien Resurrection<\/a>, are kind of a mess, but are made more interesting simply because David Fincher and Jean-Pierre Jeunet directed these films respectively.
