It supports research in law enforcement and security services by offering access to various materials related to crime such as crime reports, cases, blogs etc. Some of the major subject coverages of this database includes Criminology, Corrections administrations, Criminal law, Law Enforcement, Addiction, Family law, Industrial security and Rehabilitation. If a user has specific requirements, such as <em><strong>full-text access<\/strong><\/em> or <em><strong>peer-reviewed <\/strong><\/em>sources, there are options available to filter the results accordingly. An <em><strong>advanced search<\/strong><\/em> feature is also available for users to refine their sea<em>rch <\/em>further<em>. To use this feature, the user must click on <strong>Advanced Search<\/strong> and apply <strong>Boolean operators<\/strong><\/em>, select a <em><strong>publication date<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>source type<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>document type<\/strong><\/em>, or <em><strong>language<\/strong><\/em> based on their needs. To the left of the screen, there are additional features, such as the <em><strong>Sorted By<\/strong><\/em> option, which allows users to sort search results by <em><strong>relevance<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>oldest first<\/strong><\/em>, or <em><strong>most recent first<\/strong>.<\/em> The <em><strong>Person<\/strong><\/em> feature enables users to filter results by a specific author, while the <em><strong>Location<\/strong><\/em> feature allows users to select the country from which the articles originate. The <em><strong>Subject<\/strong><\/em> feature allows users to filter documents by their subject matter. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another amazing feature of this database is that it lets the users filter out the results based on publications. If a user is looking for results from a specific publication, this feature comes in handy. Users can access this feature by clicking on the <strong><em>publication<\/em><\/strong> tab located next to the Advanced Search feature.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these features available to the users, the Criminal Justice Database makes it easier for the users to access wide varieties of resources on crime.
