However, this enclosure was built for an item that used to be <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW84425067 BCX0\">a plate<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84425067 BCX0\"> binding. The electropla<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW84425067 BCX0\">te arrived in a wooden frame on top of blue velvet. The plate was nailed into the velvet backing with silver nails. Lilian Simpson at the Art Union in London in 1896.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW66454226 BCX0\"> The binding is made of silver and depicts winged angels in the corners. The center image depicts the figure of Love.
