We hope this blog can be another way of finding the information you need for your UNT project, your business or professional research, your personal life, or any other reason.<\/p>\r\n<p>This blog is maintained by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.library.unt.edu\/government-documents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Government Documents Department<\/a> within the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.library.unt.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of North Texas Libraries<\/a>.\u00a0As a Federal and Texas State Depository Library, we provide access to government information (in both paper and electronic format) to anyone.\u00a0It doesn\u2019t matter whether you\u2019re a UNT student, a member of the local Denton community, or even a resident of a foreign country: we will help you find the government information you need.\u00a0See our departmental Web page to learn more about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.library.unt.edu\/government-documents\/us-federal-depository-library-program-fdlp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federal Depository Library Program<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<h3>What you can expect to find here:<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Announcements<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\u00a0We\u2019ll keep you up to date on the latest breaking <strong>government-related news<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>\u00a0We\u2019ll let give you a heads up on <strong>important and interesting documents<\/strong> recently added to our collection.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>\u00a0We\u2019ll let you know about upcoming <strong>special events<\/strong> hosted by our department.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4>Tips and Suggestions<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>We\u2019ll offer timely tips and suggestions on how you can participate effectively in seasonal <strong>government events<\/strong> such as elections and income tax filing.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>We\u2019ll highlight some of the more popular <strong>resources in our collection<\/strong> and provide tips and suggestions on how to use them effectively.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>We\u2019ll provide guides on how to use government documents to do your <strong>student projects and assignments<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4>Fun stuff<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Government documents are not boring! (Well, not all of them.)
